When does the May–June special end?
Bookings must be made and confirmed by 30 June 2026 to receive the 10% discount. The discount applies to Full Board stays only (3 meals daily by our private chef included) during May and June 2026. Room Only bookings are not eligible for this offer. Limited rooms remaining for both months.
What's included in my stay?
Full Board rates include 3 daily meals by our private chef, dinghy access to surf spots, local surf guide, daily housekeeping, unlimited Starlink WiFi, water/tea/coffee, and access to all villa facilities (infinity pool, cinema, bar, kayaks, snorkel gear, soft boards). Room Only rate is 40% off Full Board.
How do I get to Villa Onu?
From Padang you can take the Mentawai Fast Ferry (Mon, Wed, Fri or Sun, ~3.5 hours) or Susi Air flight (Tuesday and Saturday only, ~40 minutes), followed by a 2-hour car transfer. We offer optional transfer packages to handle everything — just ask.
Do you accept families with kids?
Yes — Villa Onu is family-friendly. We offer a Family Room with two connecting rooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Kids’ meals are available, and there are safe nearby beach breaks suitable for beginners. Babysitting services can also be arranged upon request.
Can I book just a room or do I need to book the whole villa?
Both options available. Book individual rooms with our private chef included on Full Board, or take the entire 5-bedroom villa exclusively for your group (up to 10 guests) for complete privacy. The May–June 10% discount applies to Full Board bookings only.
What's your cancellation policy?
Less than 30 days before arrival, payments are non-refundable. Early departures or unused nights during the stay are non-refundable.
