Stayed in the Villa for 4 nights and the service I received was 10/10. Like any five star hotel but in front of a mind-blowing beach and perfect wave. My favourite villa in the Mentawais and the best place to spoil your partner.
Mentawai Couples Package FAQs
Are flights to Mentawai included in the package rates?
No. Our packages do not cover any flight expenses, and it is your responsibility to get to Padang.
Do you include the hotel stay in Padang?
Yes. Our all inclusive package includes 2 nights stay for 2 people at a 4* Hotel in Padang. One night on your arrival date, and one night when you depart.
How many surfboards can I bring on the Mentawai Fast Ferry?
We include up to 15kg of surfboard bags in your package, this is usually enough for 2 boards.
You can however bring as many as you want, but bear in mind, the additional fee over 15kg is not included in your package and you will need cash to pay for this at the harbour.
How long is the Mentawai Fast Ferry?
The Mentawai Fast Ferry takes 3-4 hours, depending on the seas conditions.

Why can I only start my package on certain days of the week?
Our packages are designed to math up with the Mentawai Fast Ferry Schedule.
The ferry runs to Tuapajet on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
What if I don’t want a package? Can I book a room at Villa Onu?
Yes, you can! You can book a room only directly on our website. You can start and end your trip on any date, as well as choose to have all food included or not. We even have the option to add extras, such as our Mentawai Transfer Services, or surf lessons to your booking.
I’m a solo traveler. Is there a package for me?
